The Fillet Mignon has been replaced with: Sliced Herb Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Shallot Demi glaze. If you had Swordfish please contact me with a different choice. Also if you had Fillet Mignon and would like to change your option from beef please contact me at your leisure. I will send out an email to all affected attendees as well. - V.P.
